Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Front Desk Representative at Green Mountain Inn, located in Stowe, VT. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check‑ins and check‑outs, handling room reservations, answering phone calls with professionalism, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a memorable guest experience. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address guest needs and ensure satisfaction Proficiency in handling Receptionist duties, including managing check‑ins and check‑outs and assisting with guest inquiries Knowledge of Reservations processes, including booking management and customization to meet guest requirements Professional Phone Etiquette to handle guest calls and inquiries with a welcoming and efficient demeanor Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast‑paced environment Previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer‑facing role is a plus Proficiency with computers and reservation systems is an advantage A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Mountain Inn
