Responsible for recognizing changes in resident/patient's condition and responding appropriately. Communicates effectively with the nurse manager and other members of the healthcare team regarding patient/resident's needs and/or changes in condition. Appropriately assigns duties to Certified Nurse Assistants based on resident/patient needs, staff availability and unit needs.QualificationsCertificate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program or required education as descried by the NYS Education DepartmentCertificate from an accredited school of Practical NursingNYS LPN license requiredGood clinical patient care skills and communication skillsMust be service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to read and write in English is requiredValid BCLSMinUSD $39.12/Hr.Max
