Risk & Compliance Senior Associate At Caterpillar Inc., the Risk & Compliance Senior Associate supports the Enterprise Compliance Program by advancing key initiatives across governance, risk management, and ethics, and by managing compliance content, training, and policy administration. Responsibilities Support the execution of the enterprise Compliance Program, advancing key initiatives aligned with governance, risk management, and ethical standards. Manage and maintain compliance content across enterprise platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with policies and regulatory requirements. Support compliance training and onboarding by maintaining materials, tracking completion, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and awareness. Assist with enterprise policy and procedure administration. Support compliance governance forums, including meeting logistics and materials. Support the design and continuous improvement of Enterprise Policies and Procedures. Qualifications Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Strong attention to accuracy and precision in completing tasks. Analytical thinking and ability to root cause problems and create actionable solutions. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques. Ability to manage individual workstreams independently and plan/execution of projects, with prior risk and compliance experience preferred. Location Peoria, IL (primary location).
