Weapons Systems Test Engineer

Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute laboratory and field tests for advanced weapons systems.
- Develop test plans, procedures, and instrumentation strategies to verify system performance and safety.
- Analyze test data, document results, and provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Collaborate with systems, software, and hardware engineers to define test objectives and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with range safety, security, and defense standards during testing.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for sponsors and internal stakeholders.
- Support test readiness reviews and post-test debriefs.
- Contribute to innovative test methods and tools for emerging defense technologies.
