Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and ambulation

• Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff

• Assist with mobility and transfer of residents, ensuring their safety and well-being

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures

• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Document resident care and progress, accurately and thoroughly
