The CDL A Driver with Tanker Endorsement is responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles equipped to transport liquid cargo. This role requires adherence to safety protocols specific to tanker handling and ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining vehicle integrity and compliance with transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles requiring a CDL Class A license
• Handle and transport tanker loads safely and in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of tanker vehicles
• Manage loading and unloading of liquid cargo following safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients to ensure timely deliveries
• Report any mechanical issues or incidents immediately

 

Required Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license with Tanker Endorsement
