Material Handler - 2nd Shift

Job Title: Material Handler
Location: City of Industry, CA
Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

Position Summary
The Material Handler is responsible for supplying materials to production, maintaining inventory accuracy, operating forklifts, and ensuring warehouse organization to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver film, pallets, cartons, and other materials to production areas.
Verify order and product numbers for material accuracy.
Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
Receive and organize incoming materials and supplies.
Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
Complete forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
Support production needs to prevent downtime.
Follow all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of material handling or warehouse experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Forklift certification required.
Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic math and inventory skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
