About the Role

As an apprentice, you'll get hands-on experience in both our field and shop operations. You'll assist with material handling, prep work, and installation. If you're eager to learn, take direction well, and can contribute to a safe and efficient job site, this position offers a great starting point for a rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities

• Support glaziers with caulking and basic installation tasks
• Load, unload, and organize project materials
• Maintain clean and orderly trucks and shop spaces
• Assist with fabricating storefronts, curtain walls, doors, hardware, and glass
• Adhere to and always promote safe work practices

What We're Looking For

• Construction or hands-on experience preferred but not required
• A positive attitude, great attendance, and a willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
• Basic physical fitness to handle material loading and manual repetitive tasks
