We are seeking an organized and approachable Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee records, and daily HR operations. Schedule interviews and communicate onboarding instructions to candidates and new employees. Prepare new-hire packets and assist with orientations and benefit enrollment. Maintain confidential personnel records and accurately update information in the HRIS. Respond to employee and candidate phone calls and emails promptly and professionally. Assist with department reporting, audits, annual appraisals, vouchers, and special projects. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and benefit information are distributed consistently and accurately. HR Qualifications: At least one year of customer service or administrative experience. Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence learning HRIS or other software systems. Ability to protect confidential information and use sound judgment. Ability to manage a high volume of work, shift between tasks, and prioritize competing deadlines. Previous HR experience or familiarity with MIP software is preferred but not required.
