TMC Analyst (I)

What You Will Do GFT is seeking a FULL TIME Traffic Dispatcher Analyst (I) for the Regional Traffic Management (TMC) Center in the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) Main office located in Albany, NY. This position requires onsite regular attendance at the Albany, NY office. Responsibilities Take meeting notes and track action items. Maintain Microsoft Project schedules. Facilitate small working groups. Write reports. Perform basic Microsoft Excel spreadsheet creation and management. Schedule in-person and online meetings. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Urban Planning or related fields (Public Administration, Geography, Data Science/Analytics, etc). Must have an aptitude for providing exceptional customer service, interpersonal relationships, and ability to work well within a diverse group. Capacity to clearly communicate written and verbal information in English. Ability to facilitate meetings and work in small groups. Ability to coordinate real‑time activities and priorities with minimal supervision. Capable of multi‑tasking and working in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to use computers in "Windows Office Suite" and other web applications and complete clear and detailed written reports using effortless keyboarding skills. Adherence to company code of conduct and policies & procedures. Compensation The salary range for this role is $65,000 – $75,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
