Full and Part Time shifts for Days, Nights, Overnights (3rd shift) & Weekends Available for RNs & LPNs. Hourly Pay RN: $30-$38 and LPN $25-$30. Work for 2025 Louisville Employer and Provider of Choice award by Home Care Pulse Requirements Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Kentucky Pediatric Experience preferred Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required with bedside care preferred Experience with g-tubes, trachs/vent and cath care preferred Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
