Senior Property Accountant

An established commercial real estate company is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join their accounting team. This individual will be responsible for property accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, account reconciliations, budgeting support, and partnering with property management teams. Key Responsibilities Perform full-cycle property accounting for a portfolio of commercial real estate assets. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules. Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations. Prepare and review CAM reconciliations and tenant billings. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Partner closely with property management teams to support operational and financial objectives. Maintain accurate records and support audit and compliance requirements. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
