Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

Lead the Evening Shift at Park Manor

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor for our 3p-11p evening shift.

This position combines nursing leadership with admissions responsibilities . The RN House Supervisor will oversee nursing operations throughout the facility during the evening shift while helping ensure new residents experience a smooth and well-coordinated admission.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the 3p-11p nursing team.
• Complete nursing assessments and clinical documentation for new admissions.
• Review admission records, physician orders, medications, and other clinical information.
• Coordinate new admissions and communicate resident needs to the nursing team.
• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs throughout the facility.
• Conduct rounds and respond to resident changes in condition and clinical concerns.
• Assist with staffing needs, emergencies, and other issues that arise during the evening shift.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members as needed.
• Support accurate documentation, infection prevention, resident safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous nursing experience required.
• House Supervisor, Charge Nurse, Admissions Nurse, Unit Manager, or other nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and confidently lead the nursing team during the evening shift.
