Job Details:

This position is for an experienced industrial maintenance Technician who will work in a distribution center environment. The role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities focusing on maintaining and troubleshooting complex electrical and automated systems.

• Compensation : This role has a budgeted range of $28.00 -$33.43/hr. $1.50 Shift Differential

• Shift Details Sunday through Thursday 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM (or until shift completion)

• Training schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 am 4:30 pm (subject to change as needed).

What Youll Do

• Maintain troubleshoot and repair electrical and electromechanical systems

• Support and improve equipment such as conveyors AFrames printers strappers compressors and other automated technologies

• Read and interpret electrical schematics

• Lead and mentor junior maintenance staff

• Work with vendors and contractors to resolve issues

• Learn new systems as technology evolves

What You Bring

• 3 years of industrial maintenance experience

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (relay logic to microprocessor controls)

• Knowledge of mechanical HVAC and electrical systems (AC/DC drives PLCs UPS compressors etc.)

• Ability to work nights holidays and occasional shortnotice callins

• Quick learner with solid problemsolving skills

Preferred

• NEC knowledge and light electrical construction experience

• Experience with LOTO OSHA and work order systems

• Technical degree or trade certification
