Retail Display Installer – Technology Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required. Role 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to install, update, and maintain in‑store displays for leading tech brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Key Responsibilities Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps. Performing build‑outs, resets, and display repairs. Following planograms and client‑specific directives. Completing necessary forms, surveys, and documentation for each job. Maintaining and updating displays according to planograms / client requests. Conducting break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures remain fully functional. Responding to field services management within 24 hours of contact and keeping availability updated. Using mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently and professionally. Managing virtual software and ensuring successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Working independently in a fast‑paced environment and collaborating with team members when required. Meeting all assigned job deadlines and maintaining accurate timecard submissions. Participating in training and certification programs as required. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay starting at $16.50 per hour, based on experience and location. Next‑day pay on demand with DailyPay. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Paid training; flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Variety of projects and clients. Qualifications Minimum of 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States. A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Installation and merchandising experience. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to follow planogram directives. Strong communication skills (phone, text, email). Organizational and time‑management skills. Availability Flexible availability Monday–Friday. Weekend and holiday availability as needed. Early morning and late‑night availability as needed. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical Abilities Climb ladder up to 10 feet. Lift and carry up to 60 lb. Kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, and reach overhead. Technology Requirements Own an Android or Apple mobile device for uploading photos and data. Navigate various communication platforms and applications independently. Transportation & Travel Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance. Willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
