Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Talent Development Consultant to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Workday Talent Development solutions. This role will be partnered with HR, Learning, Talent Management, and Business Leaders to drive employee growth, career development, leadership readiness, skills transformation, and workforce capability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Development Strategy & Consulting

• Partner with HR and business leaders to design and implement talent development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive workforce capability, career growth, leadership development, and employee development initiatives.
• Support skills-based talent management and workforce transformation programs.
• Provide subject matter expertise on talent development best practices and Workday capabilities.
• Manage Configuration and optimize Workday Talent Development capabilities,

Learning & Career Development

• Support career development frameworks and employee growth programs.
• Configure learning assignments, learning campaigns, certifications, and development journeys.
• Enable personalized learning and career recommendations.
• Support leadership development and succession readiness initiatives.

• Implement and manage Skills Cloud and skills-based workforce planning initiatives.
• Support skills assessments, capability mapping, and skills gap analysis.
• Enable AI-driven talent mobility and career recommendations.
• Improve visibility into workforce capabilities and future talent needs.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop talent development dashboards and reports.
• Analyze employee growth, learning effectiveness, skills readiness, and career progression metrics.
• Provide workforce capability insights to HR and business leaders.
• Support data-driven talent and learning decisions.

Testing & Release Management

• Lead testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment validation.
• Assess Workday releases and recommend adoption of new Talent and Learning features.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of Workday Talent Management and/or Workday Learning experience and 8+ years of HR Technology, Talent Management, Learning, or HCM consulting experience.
• Proven experience delivering Workday Talent and Learning implementations.
• Experience supporting global talent development and workforce capability programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.

• Workday Talent & Performance Certification.
• Workday HCM Certification.
• Experience with AI-driven talent and skills solutions.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Workforce Planning.
• Experience supporting large-scale HR transformation initiatives.

Additional Requirements

• Must be willing to work from the office 5 days a week .
• Must be able to work from Bengaluru, Noida, or Hyderabad .
• Flexibility to support business-critical activities, including financial close cycles, production deployments, and system upgrades outside regular business hours when required.
