On-Site IT Help Desk Technician (Windows & AD)

Magnolia Health Systems in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues on-site at the corporate office. You will diagnose desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device problems, manage tickets, assist with onboarding/offboarding, maintain connectivity, enforce security policies, and coordinate with vendors as needed. This hands-on role requires strong Windows/AD experience and the ability to work across multi-site #J-18808-Ljbffr Magnolia Health Systems
