Contract | Rotating Shifts (Days/Nights) | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for premature births, underweight infants, and neonates requiring cardiac monitoring
• Work rotating 12-hour shifts covering both day and night hours
• Deliver care within a Special Care Nursery environment at a Level 1B designation
• Utilize Epic electronic health records system for documentation and patient management
• Monitor and respond to the complex and evolving needs of neonatal patients

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Level 1B Special Care Nursery experience required
• Experience working in a Special Care Nursery setting with willingness to rotate between day and night shifts
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for premature and underweight neonates
• Familiarity with neonatal cardiac monitoring protocols
• Strong adaptability to rotating shift schedules in a fast-paced NICU environment
