Key Dispatcher - Fulltime Varied Shifts

FUNCTION:


Assist the Bell / Valet by expediting guest luggage and automobile service. This position does not drive guest or company vehicles.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Greet each guest with a smile, and eye contact, using the guest's name if known.
2. Issue and receive guests claim check for luggage. Retrieve luggage for the guests.
3. Organize guest luggage and ensure bellman or valet person arrives to assist guest in a timely manner.
4. Receive guest claim checks for cars parked in valet and pull the keys for the valet driver to obtain guest' car.
5. Ensure guest vehicle keys are immediately put away in the appropriate key area.
6. Keep guest vehicle key area neat, organized, and secure.
7. Professionally answer all telephone calls coming to the bell /valet desk in a courteous and professional manner directing calls to appropriate persons.
8. Coordinate special requests and or arrangements for guests such as, laundry drop off and pick up, deliveries and calling for taxi service as appropriate.
9. Address guest concerns and or complaints in a timely and professional manner
10. Establish and maintain effective channels of communication with all levels of the Nugget team and guests.
11. Using the Nugget's system of recognition, recognize team members who are going "above and beyond" as appropriate
12. Knowledgeable of and consistently follow Nugget policies and procedures as well as appropriate local, state, and federal regulations.
13. Perform work in a safe manner and always maintain a safe environment for fellow team members and guests alike.
14. Immediately report unsafe conditions, team member or guest incidents to Security, Management, and the Safety Manager.
15. Maintain a positive and professional image for the Nugget when performing duties or representing the Nugget and encourages others to do the same.
16. Regular predictable attendance is required.
17. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Guest Services Supervisor / Guest Services Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION LEVEL:

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

LANGUAGE:

Effectively communicate with others both verbally and in written form using the English language.


EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 1 year of guest service experience or related position experience required.


SPECIAL SKILLS:

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

PHSYICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time

Ability to lift, and move product up to 50 lbs.

Fine finger manipulation.


Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting, and noise levels.

Work may be performed indoors and outdoors during special events.
