About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product and Business Operations to provide strategic and commercial leadership for its SaaS business, with a focus on real-time inventory and asset management. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the long-term product and business strategy, aligning market needs with growth objectives, and owning the commercial performance of the product line. This role involves directing cross-functional teams, guiding product roadmap decisions, and overseeing the development of cloud-based software capabilities. The Head of Product and Business Operations will also be tasked with establishing pricing, packaging, and commercialization approaches, as well as building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations. A proven track record in product direction, business performance, and bringing enterprise software solutions to market is essential. The role requires strong knowledge of SaaS operating models, subscription revenue structures, and experience in leading software development teams. Excellent communication, executive presence, and customer engagement skills are a must. A background in inventory management, asset management, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or operational technology environments is strongly preferred. The position is ideal for an executive who is ready to shape business outcomes and build a high-performing organization around an enterprise software platform.
