Responsibilities may include: Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Medication reminders Mobility assistance (in-home and appointments) Meal planning and preparation Light housekeeping Grocery shopping and errands Transportation (appointments, school pick-up/drop-off, outings) Providing parental support and respite care Observing and reporting changes in condition Responding responsibly in urgent or emergency situations What We’re Looking For Our ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and takes ownership of their role. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support (preferred) High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends Commitment to enforcing health and safety standards Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation A genuine passion for helping others If you take pride in providing exceptional care and want to grow within a stable, supportive organization, you will thrive here.
