Review and submits invoices from vendors and service providers for payment Review accounting records, communicate with property manager regarding outstanding balances. Follow up on service requests with maintenance team and ensure requests have been completed Generate interest - brag about your community’s unique features and benefits – and highlight what sets it apart from the competition Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express their concerns and assist with resolution Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus Valid Driver’s license is required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent in Spanish and English preferred Tax credit experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Industry software experience (YARDI, E Site, etc.) Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends Legal authorization to work in the United States RAM Partners, LLC is an equal opportunity employer, and we’re proud to support and celebrate diversity in the workplace.
