This is a night shift position requiring a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. The unit features 44 beds and a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Patient ratios are 4:1 at grid and 5:1 when stretched. The ideal candidate will have experience in neuro and trauma care. Candidates must possess ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications. The team environment promotes collaboration and patient-focused care. Responsibilities will include performing neuro and spinal checks, C-Collar placements, and chest tube management. Candidates should be proficient in IV infusions, PCA pumps, and blood transfusions. We value a team player who is committed to making a positive impact in patient health.
