Job SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Event Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Support event logistics to ensure smooth event operations.
- Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies.
- Help manage attendee flow and create a positive guest experience.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe event spaces.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout event activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
- Gather attendee feedback and assist with post-event evaluations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
