Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs, fall risk assessment, and mobility training preferred.
• Proficiency documenting in electronic medical records and performing Medicare-focused evaluations preferred.

• Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
