Director of Nursing and Clinical Services

Job Description

The Director of Nursing and Clinical Services provides leadership for home health clinical operations, overseeing a centralized clinical services team and directly managing nursing managers. Reporting to the agency Administrator, this role ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective interdisciplinary coordination, with a primary first-year focus on workforce stabilization.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership across home health services.
Oversee nursing operations and patient care delivery.
Directly manage nursing managers and lead the centralized clinical services team.
Monitor quality assurance and promote continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Support staff development and strengthen workforce stability.
Coordinate care and communication across interdisciplinary teams.

Required

RN licensure

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in nursing administration.

Home Health experience
