Therapist Location: Waxahachie, TX Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our team in Waxahachie, TX. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them to overcome challenges and improve their emotional well-being. Key Responsibilities Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to client needs. Assess clients’ mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed. Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field of therapy. Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development. Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field. Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards. Work Environment This position is based in our Waxahachie, TX office.
