The role You'll carry a clinic-based caseload, develop and oversee individualized trauma-informed ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and work alongside a Senior BCBA with 9+ years of clinical experience. This isn't a role where you're dropped into a caseload and left alone. You'll have real clinical partnership and a voice in how things are built.
