The Certified Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting in providing clinical care to select patients under the supervision of the professional nurse or licensed medical practitioner and provides clerical office assistance.

Hours vary between 7:30-4, 8-4:30, and 8:30-5 depending on the provider's clinic.

Would prefer previous experience particularly with oncology experience or even geriatrics

Travel may be required to Totowa and Paramas for coverage if needed.

Palliative Care is a unique specialty that requires a patient and compassionate team member. The cma role involves a lot of education to the patient and a liaison between patient and provider. Administrative role involved as well.
