What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a cath lab or related setting with proven proficiency in scrub, monitor, PA lines, and telemetry
• Structural Heart & TAVR procedure experience is a must; candidates without this will not be screened
• Hands-on experience with procedures like Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Impella insertion, and Heart Catheterization
• Certifications including ACLS, BLS, and either RCIS or ARRT credential
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a high-pressure environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Circulating and IV Start experience
• Proficiency in conscious sedation, Watchman procedures, septal closure, ablations, coil embolization, and filter placement
• EKG rhythm interpretation skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certification as RCIS or ARRT
• At least 2 years of cath lab experience, including complex procedures
• Prior experience working with EP or electrophysiology labs highly advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Availability for 13-week assignments with flexible start dates (Wednesday to Friday) based on trainer and class schedules
• Willingness to work 10-hour days (Monday through Friday, 07:00 - 17:30) with callback and weekend call duties
• Ability to float occasionally, typically within the EP or cath lab settings, and participate in complex procedures
• Scrubs are provided; candidates must be fully available to attend orientation and adhere to schedule without exceptions
• Valid licensure, certifications, and compliance with all hospital policies and safety standards
