Worley USA is seeking a Sr. Director, USA Estimating in Houston to lead and scale the national estimating function.

You will shape governance, standards, and methodology, while partnering with Operations, Commercial, Project Delivery and Engineering to deliver high-quality estimates that drive growth and execution certainty. You will oversee a team through Team Leads and senior estimators, drive performance metrics, and lead innovation in tools, data and AI-enabled solutions to improve
