Construction Project Management Intern - Summer 2026

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Construction Project Management Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers. They will be exposed to various aspects of construction projects, and will assist in overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Key Responsibilities Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will: Process submittals, gather and distribute information. Maintain high‑quality project documentation and ensure processes stay within budget and on schedule. Attend project meetings, OAC meetings and accurately record meeting minutes. Provide technical assistance by interpreting contract drawings, submittals, and project documentation Contribute proactively to project teams Support administrative functions including reporting and document control Contribute to an environment of collaboration, professionalism, and excellence Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Management or a related field Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to follow instructions and manage time effectively Detail‑oriented and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable working in an office setting A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Why Intern at Michilli?
