This role oversees a dynamic retail dining program with **$1.2M in annual retail sales across two café locations** , ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and a highly engaged team. The Retail Food Service Manager is responsible for all aspects of retail and café operations, including team leadership, financial management, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and the successful execution of culinary and marketing initiatives.
