Associate Attorney

Responsibilities Manage cases all phases of personal injury litigation, from case inception to resolution Argue motion and opposition hearings remotely and in Court Take and defend and depositions Active participation in trial at the State and Federal level Conduct legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case preparation Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests Review and analyze medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness files Maintain case files and document management systems Experience Minimum of 1 years of experience in personal injury law Proficient in legal administrative tasks and procedures Strong research skills using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw Ability to negotiate, write, and research effectively Familiarity with the litigation process and legal drafting This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
