Full-Time Associate DentistR.S.M.C. Services on behalf of our client is hiring a Full-Time Associate Dentist. The mission-oriented practice seeks a Full-Time Associate Dentist. A large, multi-practice organization with a strong mission to provide quality dental care to underserved families is seeking General Dentist. As a Dentist, you will be changing the lives of children and adults who often do not have access to affordable, quality dental care.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality dental care with full support from an experienced clinical team.Utilize modern technology including DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units.Perform procedures using fiber-optic handpieces.Maintain compliance with annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.Work with a strong support ratio: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.Treat a patient base primarily ages 3–21, with up to 30% adults depending on location.Manage daily office flow averaging 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients.Deliver care across state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payor mix.Engage in mentorship, collaborative learning, and professional development.What We OfferGuaranteed base pay: $900/day with uncapped earning potential$1,000/month student loan repayment assistanceNo lab feesFull-time benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision insuranceHSA/FSA optionsCompany-paid: Short-Term & Long-Term DisabilityBasic Life InsuranceMalpractice insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid holidays and paid time offContinuing Education reimbursementsAccess to CE through ADA C.E.R.P accredited programsReimbursements for licenses, certifications, and professional dues (ADA, AAPD, etc.)Multiple scheduling options for work–life balanceVISA and Green Card sponsorship availableQualificationsDDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental education programCurrent, valid dental license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practiceRequired certifications: CPR, DEA, and others as applicableNitrous Oxide Certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA only)Compassion, professionalism, and a strong commitment to caring for both children and adultsWith more than 160 locations in 17 states and a variety of practice types, our client can provide unique access to job opportunities to help build a more fulfilling career.
