Sales Manager – Full‑time

Earn $250,000+ in first year

Responsibilities

Recruit and manage sales team efficiency and profitability.
Oversee all financial aspects, including budgeting and reporting.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Manage the hiring, training, and onboarding of new employees.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners.
Ensure all projects and business activities meet company standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in managing roofing business operations from a top-level perspective.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal‑oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
Possess a high degree of creativity and problem‑solving skills.
Well‑versed in technology, including CRM software, financial management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
