SEE (Success in Education and Enrichment) is a leading early childhood education center located in Brandon, SD. Our mission is to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn, grow, and develop their skills.
Full Time Pre-K AssistantJob Responsibilities:- Assist the lead Pre-K teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and play
- Help children develop social, emotional, and cognitive skills through guided activities and free play
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on children's progress and development
- Assist with daily tasks such as meal times, nap times, and maintaining a tidy classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the Pre-K program
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Current CPR and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
