Looking for an exciting career with the opportunity to grow from within? Affinity recruiting is looking for talented Manufacturing Operator Leads to join an amazing and growing manufacturing company in the Norwood, MA!

The right person will have the opportunity to move up within the organization!

This position is a cross between a manufacturing engineer tech, production supervisor, as well as a hands-on operator!

Pay:

-Competitive pay and depending on experience!

Schedule:

-One 1st shift opening – M – F (hours worked can be flexible)

-One 2nd shift opening, 2-10 / 3-11 (Can be flexible)

Responsibilities:

Must be able to assemble product!
Responsible for the materials, schedule, work cell making sure the work is getting done from start to finish!
Owning your projects! You supervisor the work from start to finish.
Doing all the production planning!
Doing actual building of the product.
Taking ownership of every project you work on.

Requirements:

Able to review drawings of parts and assemble then using CAD programs, including mechanical and electrical drawings.
Evaluate and troubleshoot production problems in multiple manufacturing areas.
This candidate will be the first line of production contact and support including: equipment preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, electrical & mechanical evaluations and non-conforming MRB activity.
Must have excellent PC skills, proficiency in but is not limited to Word, AutoCAD, Excel, Project, and other standard programs.

Mechanically inclined!
Eagerness to lean and grow into a leader within the organization!

Education & Experience:

Associates Degree or close to getting an Associates degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical engineering OR Equivalent technical or trade school or on the job training!
