Lease-Up Sales Coordinator

The Lease-Up Sales Coordinator is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue by effectively marketing available units, qualifying prospects, and converting leads into executed leases. The role balances customer service, sales acumen, regulatory compliance, and operational accuracy.

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and experience with Microsoft Suite required. Experience in Affordable Housing and Leasing operations considered a highly desirable qualification.

Valid Driver's License and insurance is required. No industry specific certificates, licenses, or registrations required at the time of hire, however, must employee must complete LIHTC/HUD training courses within 3-months of hire date with a passing score.

Travel for projects when needed. May be up to 30% of the time, however this position's home base would be the Corporate office. Must have reliable transportation.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Ability to operate all office equipment such as telephones, computers, 10 key, photocopier, and fax machine etc. Microsoft Suite experience is required; Word, Excel, Outlook and other efficiency tools. Must have strong attention to details. Must have ability to interact with a wide range of people, have excellent customer service, and "can do" attitude. Ability to work with multiple teams and varying skill sets.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
