SAP FI-CO Consultant Location: Kansas City, MO. Preference given to local candidates with onsite capabilities but remote candidates also considered. Duration: 8-12 month contract. Possibility of conversion to FTE, but not a requirement Apex Systems is working with a manufacturing and retail client to find an SAP FI-CO Functional Consultant to help with an SAP FSCM implementation that is projected to go live in January 2023. There will be a number of new integrations and configurations that need to be integrated with the current SAP instance. SAP Subject Areas we are implementing FSCM – Finance Supply Chain Mgmt. (Accounts Receivable) Collection Mgmt. Credit Mgmt. Dispute Mgmt. A/R Cash Application Intercompany Processing Invoice/Billing (Sales & Distribution) SAP Finance modules already in production General Ledger Fixed Assets Project Account Accounts Payable Treasury – EBS REFX – for real estate & equipment leases Nice to Have Vistex – Incentive Administration (Rebates) Day in the Life Large SAP Program implementing full end-to-end Order-to-Cash Working within the SAP Finance team; consisting of both business and I/T professionals SAP configuration Troubleshooting and resolving bugs identified in testing Writing/reviewing Functional Design (FDs) documents for RICEF objects Executing Functional Unit Tests (FUTs) of RICEF objects Reviewing/executing System Integration Tests (SIT) Assist with defining SAP Security Roles Help prepare training documents Requirements Senior SAP Functional Consultant 10+ years of experience is preferred Expert in the SAP Order to Cash process Understanding of Intercompany processes Understanding of the handoff from Billing to Cash in the OTC process Strong understanding of billing documents Ability to help with Testing Understanding document flow from OTC to Finance Very familiar with SAP FI tables Create Functional Design Documents Hands-on configuration Understanding of Security Required Skills: SAP FI-CO.
