MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - MANUFACTURING

Travel: Local Travel Up to 75-Mile Radius

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, including thermoforming presses, dryers, thermolators, chillers, and air compressors.

This is a hands-on role for someone with strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, and equipment maintenance experience .

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on thermoforming and manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain dryers, thermolators, chillers, air compressors, and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
• Plan and coordinate equipment repairs, replacements, and maintenance projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and parts inventory.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Communicate equipment issues, timelines, and repair needs to management.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience , preferably within injection molding or thermoforming.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC operation .
• Strong preventative maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to independently manage maintenance projects and priorities.
• PLC programming experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel within approximately 75 miles.
• Reliable personal transportation required.
