About the Opportunity

MCL Talent Partners is recruiting on behalf of a national client seeking a B2B Account Manager for its Wichita-area team.

This position centers on developing professional relationships with local businesses, meeting directly with owners and decision-makers, and helping clients understand available workplace benefit solutions. The role combines new account development with ongoing client support and relationship management.

Previous B2B sales or account management experience is not required. The client provides structured training, field mentorship, and support throughout the licensing process.

Candidates coming from retail leadership, hospitality, restaurant management, customer service, athletics, warehouse supervision, or other fast-paced people-focused environments may transition well into this type of role.

What You'll Do

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and key decision-makers throughout the Wichita area
• Build and develop relationships with new business accounts
• Maintain ongoing communication with established clients
• Conduct consultative meetings to explain available voluntary workplace benefit options
• Coordinate appointments, follow-up, and account activity
• Assist clients through onboarding and enrollment-related processes
• Maintain accurate activity and account records using CRM tools
• Participate in ongoing training, field coaching, and professional development

• Professional and comfortable interacting with business owners and leadership teams
• A coachable, high-energy mindset with the discipline to manage a daily schedule with high autonomy.
• Goal-oriented, dependable, and receptive to coaching
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation are essential for local travel to business sites.
• Capacity to complete the necessary state professional licensing process (with complete firm backing and study guidance provided).

Compensation :Performance-based with uncapped earning potential + performance bonuses | Target first-year earnings $44,100 - $87,600+, depending on performance.
