Looking for a rewarding career in Management?About the RoleIn this role you will lead daily functions of material handling operations and maintenance for multi-site facilities and ensure safe working environments.What You'll DoMaintain a safety-first culture in which CBRE employees return home in the same condition in which they reported to work.Plan, schedule, and advise the work of employees and evaluate quality of work.Lead and coordinate the work of employees engaged in maintaining high speed conveyance systems and other manufacturing equipment.Assist Managers in communicating and accomplishing departmental goals and objectives.Participate in conjunction with Manager, interviewing/hiring, employee training, performance evaluations, corrective actions, and/or terminations.Formulate, disseminate, and communicate work standards and/or procedures.Coordinate and lead Root Cause and Corrective Actions to facilitate continuous improvement and development opportunities.Provide performance management for team development and growth.Plan and monitor appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime.Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.What You'll NeedApplicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in a technical field (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) required.4+ years demonstrated ability leading and coaching employee performance in a manufacturing environment4+ years of compatible experience and/or training.2+ years' experience with preventive/predictive maintenance of equipment in a manufacturing environment.Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles, as well as financial reporting, forecasting and budgetingProficient Microsoft Office Suite experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and/or schematics.Understanding predictive maintenance technologies such as (thermography, vibration analysis, and air borne ultra-sound).Proven knowledge of using maintenance systems to achieve world class equipment maintenance.Ability to travel off-site as needed.Physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.CBRE Employee BenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, visionDisability benefit program401k company matchingPaid time off and holidaysCompany paid life insurancePet insurancePaid parental leaveWhy CBRE?We invest in our employees' development. The minimum salary for the Regional Area Maintenance Manager is $122,720.0 annually [or $59.00 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Regional Area Maintenance Manager position is $128,169.6 annually [or $61.62 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
