Responsibilities include:Conducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application designInteracting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendationsConducting the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installationsExperience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planningManage a team, including mentoring and training junior team membersHere's What You Need:7+ years of SAP ABAP and/or Fiori/UI5 and/or BTP development experienceExtensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation.Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.Eligibility Requirements:US Citizens only (no dual citizenship or OCI Holders)Q Clearance and/or Top Secret clearance requiredAbility to travel up to 75%Nice to have:SAP certification in relevant modules or development areasExperience in leveraging emerging SAP technologies, such as S/4HANA, Fiori Elements, or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), to deliver innovative solutions.The base pay range for this position in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is $116,900 - $243,100 USD.
