This role involves assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and offering companionship and emotional support in a safe, respectful, and structured environment.RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of ageBachelor's degree in a related field (required)Minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with IDDsValid driver's licenseKey ResponsibilitiesAssist individuals with daily living tasksProvide personal care and hygiene supportTransport and accompany individuals to medical appointments or community outingsAdminister prescribed medications (if certified)Maintain accurate documentation of services providedOffer companionship and basic emotional or psychological supportHelp maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environmentThis is a rewarding opportunity for professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of others while working in a flexible and supportive setting.
