Job Responsibilities Teach ninja and gymnastics fundamentals, building strength, agility, and confidence Drive students through the Ribbon and Star Evaluation Program, helping them set and achieve goals Lead classes with a sharp focus on safety, creating a positive space for every ninja to thrive Spark teamwork through creative games and missions Collaborate with mentors and leaders to grow your skills Show up consistently for your schedule, giving students the stability they need to succeed Live the Barron Mission every day—making a difference, one athlete at a time Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs with ease to support studio needs Maintain sharp vision and hearing to keep every child safe Navigate uneven and soft surfaces with steady steps Move dynamically—stretching, bending, squatting—with a strong range of motion Barron is committed to providing an inclusive work environment and making hiring and advancement decisions based on qualifications, not protected characteristics.
