A state agency is looking to add an Accounts Receivable associate to their accounting team.
This position is 40% soft collections.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri
8:30 AM - 5 PM
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Two years of experience in an entry-level accounting or bookkeeping position.
- A bachelor's degree with multiple accounting courses may be substituted for required work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- SCEIS knowledge.
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping and accounts receivable principles and best practices.
- Ability to perform accounts receivable or accounting-related functions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Experienced working with Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Word.
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships and be an active team player.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
