We are looking for a highly experienced **Senior Data Engineer** with strong technical expertise, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

### Key Requirements

* More than **6 years of professional data engineering experience**
* Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data platforms
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Strong stakeholder collaboration and relationship-building skills
* Ability to clearly explain:
* What you have built and accomplished
* What you are currently working on
* How you approach technical challenges
* What you plan to do next and why
* Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
* Strong ownership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Experience working collaboratively with engineering, analytics, product, and business teams

### Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and optimize reliable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
* Build scalable data models and data infrastructure
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements
* Communicate project progress, technical decisions, risks, and next steps clearly
* Troubleshoot data quality, performance, and reliability issues
* Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical planning
* Mentor other engineers and promote data engineering best practices

The ideal candidate is not only technically strong but also confident communicating with stakeholders. You should be able to clearly describe your previous contributions, your current responsibilities, and how you would approach future projects.
