Assess, triage, and monitor patients, administer treatments, and collaborate with healthcare teams. Explain procedures, prepare equipment, and support physicians during emergency interventions. Document patient conditions, vital signs, and interventions accurately in electronic medical records. Initiate patient education and respond effectively to life-threatening situations. Adhere to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards. Perform other duties within scope of practice as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Minimum one year recent ER RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications. Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to move equipment and remain in a stationary position; visual acuity. Proficiency in reading, writing, and computer skills. Ability to work under pressure, cope with irregular activity, and collaborate effectively.
