Shifts Available: Full-time 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM OR Full-time 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We are seeking dedicated, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team for full-time 12-hour shifts.

Whether you thrive on the bright energy of Day Shift (7a–7p) or prefer the steady rhythm of Night Shift (7p–7a) , you will play a crucial role on our floor. You’ll deliver direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, support our CNAs, and build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families.

• Direct Resident Care: Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and wound care accurately and in compliance with state standards and physician orders.

• Clinical Monitoring: Perform ongoing health assessments, track vital signs, document changes in condition, and communicate updates to attending physicians and family members.

• Team Support: Provide direct clinical guidance, delegation, and support to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on your shift.

• Care Planning: Assist in maintaining accurate, up-to-date electronic care plans and medical records.

• Smooth Handovers: Participate in thorough shift reports to ensure seamless continuity of care between 12-hour shift transitions.

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of South Carolina (or a valid compact state license).

• Certifications: Current CPR / BLS certification required.

• Experience: Previous LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care, or Assisted Living setting is a plus, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply!
